NYPD detective abused in rape

Detective took a woman from her suite in Bronx to a police department and threatened her with arrest untill she agrees to make sex with him. They got into her car and there was a forced sex action. After that woman told the police that she was taken from home illegally and after that the detective was acused in rape assault.
